Job summary

CodeGama is seeking an Operations Executive to join our Bengaluru team. The role focuses on monitoring transactions, resolving client queries, and coordinating with internal teams and banking partners to ensure smooth processing and accurate records.

You will handle status updates, maintain MIS/Excel sheets, document issues, and escalate unresolved cases promptly while upholding confidentiality and efficiency in daily operations. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in banking/finance or related field required or welcomed.

• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of banking/remittance/payment operations preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and approve transactions per process and compliance.
• Handle client queries on transaction status, delays, or payment issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for investigations and resolutions.
• Respond professionally to clients via email and other channels.
• Send status updates and follow-up emails to clients.
• Maintain Excel/MIS sheets for client queries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Ensure issues are tracked, resolved, and documented.
• Escalate critical or unresolved cases promptly.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and operational efficiency daily.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring transactions, handling client queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth transaction processing and client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and approve transactions as per company process and compliance requirements
• Handle client queries related to transaction status, delays, failed payments, and beneficiary fund receipt issues
• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for transaction investigations and resolutions
• Respond to clients professionally through email and other communication channels
• Send regular transaction status updates and follow-up emails to clients
• Maintain and update Excel/MIS sheets for all client queries, complaints, transaction issues, and resolutions
• Ensure all client issues are tracked, resolved, and properly documented
• Escalate critical or unresolved cases to the respective teams promptly
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and operational efficiency in daily activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, MBA, or any banking/finance related field

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of banking, remittance, payment operations, or financial services preferred
• intermediary or Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
