AdyGuru in Jaipur is seeking a Junior Meta Ads Executive with basic hands-on experience in Facebook & Instagram Ads to grow in performance marketing.

You will assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns, monitor performance, conduct audience research, test creatives, and coordinate with creative and content teams. This is an entry-level role with growth opportunities in a dynamic D2C marketing environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of experience with Meta/Facebook Ads.
• Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with D2C / E-commerce brands.
• Knowledge of Pixel, Events & Conversion Tracking.
• Understanding of A/B Testing.
• Familiarity with ad creatives, hooks & marketing angles.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
