Job summary

Tetra Pak in Pune is seeking a Diploma/ Degree holder with 3-6 years in manufacturing to join our production team, focusing on process adherence and continuous improvement.

You will work under SOPs, perform in-process checks, and contribute to daily improvement activities such as 5S, Kaizen, and quality audits, while gaining exposure to global manufacturing standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree with 3-6 years of working experience preferably in manufacturing in food industry or similar industry.
• Experience in WCM
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in areas as assembly
• Exposure to Quality Audit, Lean manufacturing, 5S,Kaizen, Six sigma or the equivalent

Responsibilities

• In accordance with the requirements of production process and work order:With safety, efficiency in production
• In strict accordance with the SOP/working instructions
• Perform in process check according to quality requirements
• Rework the labor work sheets and submit
• To participate in the activities of daily improvement
• To participate in multiskill training
