Job summary

The Catalyst in Nashik is seeking a Junior IT Executive to handle hardware, networking, ERP support and cybersecurity. You will troubleshoot systems, manage LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and user access, while also supporting AI tools, CRM, Power Automate workflows and reporting. User training will be part of your duties.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hardware or helpdesk, a relevant IT degree, and certificates such as CompTIA, CCNA, Windows Server/AD or Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS/BCA/MCA/B.Sc IT required.
• 1–2 years of experience in hardware, helpdesk or ERP support preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, Windows Server/AD and Microsoft 365 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across IT systems.
• Manage LAN/WAN, VPN configurations and firewall policies.
• Provide ERP and CRM support to users and business processes.
• Develop and support Power Automate workflows and reporting.
• Deliver user training and assist with IT onboarding.
