Job summary

Design Office Associates (DOA) in Mumbai seeks a Junior Interior Designer to join the full-time, on-site team. You will support senior designers in developing interior concepts, prepare layout plans, and help with material and finishes selection, ensuring design intent is carried through from concept to execution.

You will create and update construction drawings, coordinate FF&E details, prepare presentations, and assist in site visits and inspections while collaborating with architects,

Qualifications

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Interior Designer role is based in Mumbai. The Junior Interior Designer will support senior designers in developing interior concepts, preparing layout plans, and assisting with material and finishes selection. Responsibilities include creating and updating construction drawings, coordinating FF&E details, preparing presentations, and assisting in site visits and inspections. The role also involves collaborating with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained through execution, and contributing to documentation and design revisions as projects progress.
