Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Architect role is based in Mumbai. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing detailed design documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with design development, creating and revising CAD and BIM models, coordinating with consultants, and preparing presentations and reports for client meetings. The role also involves site visits, design reviews, and collaboration with project managers to ensure that design intent aligns with construction feasibility and client expectations. The Junior Architect will work closely with the wider project team to maintain project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as organizing tasks, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools and workflows (e.g., integrating CAD/BIM, visualization, and documentation software).
• Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic understanding of building codes and standards.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification, strong visualization and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an office and on-site environment.
