The Role:

As our HR Specialist, youll be the architect of our company culture, the builder of happy teams, and the champion of employee potential. Reporting directly to the Founder, you’ll bring energy, structure, and creativity to ensure that our team not only performs at their best but also loves every moment of the journey.

We’re not looking for someone who’s just about policies and payroll (though those are important too). We want a people-first HR leader who can balance strong processes with a vibrant and engaging work environment. What You'll Do (Key Responsibility Areas)
1. Build a Vibrant Culture:
  • Design and implement initiatives that foster collaboration, creativity, and positivity.
  • Plan monthly team-building activities, quarterly wellness programs, and annual offsites.
  • Celebrate milestones, team achievements, and personal wins.
2. Drive Performance Management:
  • Set up monthly and quarterly performance review processes for all employees.
  • Help team members set measurable, achievable goals (KRAs/KPIs).
  • Track progress on individual and team goals, providing actionable feedback and coaching.
  • Support managers in aligning individual goals with company objectives.
3. Create Robust HR Systems:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and employee documentation with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Launch tools to automate HR functions like tracking attendance and leave requests.
4. Lead Talent Acquisition & Development:
  • Build a hiring strategy to attract top talent in a timely manner.
  • Onboard new team members with seamless, engaging processes.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning & development initiatives.
  • Design career growth paths for all team members to foster engagement and retention.
5. Champion Employee Well-Being & Success:
  • Be the go-to person for employee support, conflict resolution, and feedback.
  • Ensure every team member is thriving and living up to their potential.
  • Introduce wellness programs to boost productivity and happiness.
6. Collaborate Closely with Leadership:
  • Work directly with the Founder to design and execute organizational goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on all people-related matters.
7. Measure and Improve:
  • Conduct quarterly employee satisfaction surveys and implement feedback.
  • Monitor team engagement levels and act on pain points.
  • Continuously refine HR systems and processes to improve efficiency.

Experience
  • 5+ years in an HR role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing HR policies, recruitment, and team engagement programs.

  • Hire and onboard key team members within defined timelines.
  • Reduce time-to-hire by 20% within the first 6 months.
Performance Management:
  • Implement monthly performance reviews with 95% compliance.
  • Ensure 90% of team members achieve their set KRAs/KPIs each quarter.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
  • Maintain an employee retention rate of 90% or higher.
  • Achieve 80%+ satisfaction in quarterly engagement surveys.
HR Systems & Compliance:
  • Launch automated payroll and attendance systems within 3 months.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Culture Building:
  • Organize at least one major engagement activity per month.
  • Drive 75%+ participation in wellness programs and team activities.

Qualifications
  • Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
  • Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in a wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
