Job summary

CleanMax in India seeks an Electronics Hardware Test Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on testing and validation experience. You will validate boards, perform RCA, and ensure VIM/IoT/Vecmocon compliant processes, while supporting EMI/EMC checks and on-site integrations.

You should be proficient in reading schematics, PCB testing, data interpretation in Excel, and have basic Python for test automation. Travel for on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in electronics hardware testing / validation.
• Reading schematics / datasheets is essential.
• MS-Excel for data interpretation; Python for test automation is a plus.

• Maintain DVP reports, test plans and change-logs.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in electronics hardware testing / validation
• B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or a related field
• Strong fundamentals in power supplies, MCU peripherals, reading schematics / datasheets
• Experience with PCB-level testing and troubleshooting
• MS-Excel for data interpretation
• Python for test automation is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, structured root-cause analysis, ownership and clear communication
• Knowledge of IoT protocols / telematics and server connectivity
• Familiarity with VIM / IoT assembly and the Vecmocon standard DVP and RCA processes
• EMI / EMC pre-compliance and thermal / environmental validation
