Nuclei in Indore is seeking a Junior Finance Executive to help build a strong financial backbone as we scale.

You will own reconciliations, maintain books in Zoho Books, handle GST/TDS/TCS filings, track receivables, and support MIS reporting. Collaboration with internal teams and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset are essential to success.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in accounting/finance; articleship a strong plus.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables) and Zoho Books experience.
• Sharp analytical mind and keen attention to detail.
• Clear communication with internal teams and clients on collections.
• Self-starter, eager to learn and own tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain business finance reconciliations and reports across products.
• Maintain day-to-day books in Zoho Books with accurate entries.
• Handle GST, TDS, TCS, EPF, Professional Tax, and MCA filings.
• Track receivables and follow up with clients for timely payments.
• Support revenue, commissions, and marketing expense tracking.
• Maintain Excel trackers and MIS preparation.
• Work with internal teams to resolve reconciliation discrepancies.

What you’ll own:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining business finance reconciliations and reports across products.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Zoho Books, ensuring entries are accurate and complete
• Handle statutory compliance across GST, TDS, TCS, EPF, Professional Tax, and MCA filings.
• Track receivables and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve payment-related queries.
• Support the calculation and tracking of revenue, commissions, and marketing expenses based on reconciliation data.
• Maintain and update Excel trackers and financial records to ensure accuracy and visibility of financial data. You will also be responsible for preparation of MIS.
• Work with internal teams to identify and resolve reconciliation/accounting discrepancies.
• Help monitor payment and settlement processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in improving reporting formats and processes for better efficiency.

We are looking for:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting and finance; articleship experience is a strong plus
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations) and hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
• A sharp analytical mind and a keen eye for detail
• Clear, confident communication, both with internal teams and with clients on collections
