Job summary

CBIZ in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Senior Executive – Finance to handle day-to-day accounting, vendor invoices, bank reconciliations, and support monthly closing. You will work with Zoho Books, Tally, and QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires commerce graduates (B.Com/M.Com) with 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, GST and TDS basics, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Graduate in commerce (B. Com / M. Com)
• CA Inter / CMA Inter is an advantage
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting
• Familiarity with accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in the accounting software
• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and follow up for approvals
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash/bank ledgers
• Assist in monthly closing, including preparation of schedules and MIS reports
• Support in preparation of TDS and GST workings
• Maintain organized documentation for statutory and internal audits
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants for routine accounting and compliance matters
• Handle any additional tasks assigned within the finance function

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Finance to support our day-to-day accounting operations. This role will be part of a growing finance team and will ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, compliance support, and monthly closing assistance.

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in the accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Tally, etc.) Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and follow up for approvals and supporting documents
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash/bank ledgers
