Job summary

Taas Partners is seeking a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure GST, TDS, and payroll compliance, and support financial reporting. The role requires hands-on experience with Zoho Books and strong Excel skills in a Bengaluru-based setup.

Ideal candidates have CA Inter or are semi-qualified with 2–3 years of relevant experience, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach to maintain accurate books and timely statutory filings.

Qualifications

• CA Inter or semi-qualified CA mandatory.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting/ statutory compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and payroll compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities: AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, GL maintenance.
• Maintain books using Zoho Books with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, schedules and other financial reports.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands‑on experience with Zoho Books and Excel, and working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll compliances, and financial reporting

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Zoho Books.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, schedules, and other financial reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Assist in preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns and ensure proper documentation.
• Support payroll processing and payroll-related statutory compliances.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for accounting and compliance requirements.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for financial and statutory purposes.
• Use MS Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and data management.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and support process improvements to strengthen financial controls.

Preferred Candidates Profile:

• CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA Mandatory
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll compliances, and financial reporting.
