Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Finance, B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or a related field.
• Experience: 1–4 years of relevantexperience in Accounts & Finance.
• Zoho Books: Strong practical knowledgeand hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Accounting Knowledge: Clear understanding offundamental accounting concepts, journal entries, ledgers, debits/credits,reconciliation, AP, and AR.
• Finance Knowledge: Good understanding offinancial processes, reporting, expense management, cash flow, and basicfinancial analysis.
• Taxation Knowledge: Basic understanding of GSTand TDS will be preferred.
• MS Excel: Working knowledge of Excelfor financial data management, reconciliation, reporting, and analysis.
• Work Environment: Prior experience workingin a startup or corporate environment is preferred.
