Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and submission of tenders for airport and infrastructure projects.
• Review NIT, RFP, BOQ, tender specifications, drawings, and contract conditions.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, rate analysis, and BOQ.
• Collect vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison statements.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial tender documents.
• Coordinate with Project, Estimation, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of bids.
• Support in pre-bid queries, clarifications, and tender correspondence.
• Maintain records of tender documents, submissions, quotations, and approvals.
• Study market rates and maintain a database of material, labour, subcontractor, and vendor rates.
• Ensure tender submissions comply with client specifications, eligibility criteria, and commercial requirements.

Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for tender documentation, quantity analysis, estimation, rate analysis, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and submission of tenders for airport and infrastructure projects.


• Review and understand NIT, RFP, BOQ, tender specifications, drawings, and contract conditions.


• Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, rate analysis, and BOQ as per tender requirements.


• Collect and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.


• Assist in preparing technical and commercial tender documents.


• Coordinate with Project, Estimation, Procurement, and Finance teams for required tender inputs.


• Support in preparation of pre-bid queries, clarifications, and tender correspondence.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Tendering, Estimation, BOQ, Quantity Take-off, and Rate Analysis.


• Good understanding of Civil/Infrastructure construction activities.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.


• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.


• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.


• Good analytical, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.


• Ability to work under tight tender deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in infrastructure, civil construction, airport, roads, metro, or other large-scale projects will be preferred.


• Candidates with exposure to government/PSU/airport authority tenders and e-tendering portals will have an added advantage.


• Should be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn tendering and estimation processes.
