Job summary

Kumaran is seeking a motivated Junior Executive – Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities at our Hyderabad office. You will source potential candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment records, and assist the TA team in meeting hiring requirements.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain a positive candidate experience. You will handle job portals, referrals, and ensure timely updates, reporting metrics, and contribute to campus

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Executive – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting the Talent Acquisition team in meeting hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate sourcing strategies.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
  
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication, skills, experience, and suitability.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to schedule interviews.
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
  
• Coordinate documentation and support the offer and onboarding process.
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and provide regular status updates.
  
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment drives, campus hiring, and other hiring initiatives.
  

Required Skills

• Willing to work between 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  
• Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  
• Ability to source candidates using LinkedIn and job portals.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
