Job summary

The Manufacturing Unit (Pharma) in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, is seeking microbiology professionals with 1-3 years of experience to support QC activities in a GMP environment. The role involves analysis, sampling, documentation, and routine testing within a microbiology lab.

Qualifications

• Experience in microbiology QC settings preferred.
• Familiarity with GLP/cGLP documentation practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cGLP in Quality Control.
• Prepare validated load patterns of glassware, sampling accessories, testing accessories, aseptic area garments and microbiological media.
• Isolate and identify microbial isolates/GPT, AET and related organisms.
• Perform environmental monitoring and microbial enumeration tests.
• Monitor temperatures of incubators, refrigerators & freezers.
• Calibrate instruments as per schedule.
• Perform sampling and microbiological analysis of water samples.
• Execute any other work assigned by HOD/section manager.
• Perform trend analysis.
