Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a manufacturing QA professional for a Pharma Oncology formulation plant in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

The role involves driving QA oversight, line clearance, in-process checks, sampling, and review of batch records to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. The candidate should have 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing QA, with hands-on involvement in aseptic processes, media fills, and process validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review the manufacturing and packaging Technical Direction.
• Prepare SOPs pertaining to In-Process QA.
• Perform Line Clearance during all critical process during Dispensing, Manufacturing, Filling & Stoppering and Packing operation.
• Verify the dispensing of RAW Material and Packing Material.
• Conduct In Process checks during dispensing, manufacturing, filling lyophillization, sealing, optical inspection, labeling and packing operation.
• Sample process Validation Batches.
• Sample In-Process and finished products and validation activities.
• Collect swab and rinse samples after cleaning of equipment and area.
• Collection, storage, handling, inspection and destruction of reserve samples.
• Review Executed Exhibit and commercial Batch Manufacturing Records and packaging Records for release of finished Product.
• Monitor and verify qualification of process, equipment and system.
• Perform QA oversight and ensure SOP compliance and aseptic behavior, identifying deficiencies.
• Execute Aseptic Core Monitoring during batch processing activity.
• Participate in Media fill activities and ensure review and compliance per Batch Records and protocols.
• Prepare PQR data for products manufactured in year on rolling basis.
• Collect and evaluate Batch process parameters (CPP), quality attributes from batch and analytical records.
• Review Non Viable trends of Production Area.
• Perform any other works as assigned by HOD.

14. To participate in Media fill activities and ensure the review and compliance of the activity as per the Batch Records and protocols.

15. Preparation of PQR data for the product manufactured in year on rolling basis.
