Job summary

Panacea Biotec in Solan, India, is seeking a Microbiology Lab professional responsible for preparing and qualifying in-house microbiological media, maintaining standard cultures, and ensuring cGLP in the Quality Control laboratory.

You will monitor temperatures of incubators, calibrate instruments, analyze samples from finished products and materials, and execute additional tasks as assigned by the Section Manager.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of microbiological media.
• Qualification of in-house prepared and ready to use microbiological media.
• Management of dehydrated, prepared and ready to use microbiological media.
• Maintenance of standard cultures and in-house microbial isolates.
• Analysis of finished product, stability, raw material, in-process, packing material and validation samples as per respective STPs.
• Temperature monitoring of incubators, refrigerators & freezers.
• Calibration of instruments as per schedule.
• To maintain cGLP in Quality Control laboratory.
• To execute any other work assigned by HOD/ section manager.
