Job summary

Rubicon Research Limited in Satara is seeking an Officer - Analyst in Quality Control - Microbiology. The role requires 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with MLT and AET analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

You will perform environmental monitoring, assist in method validation, operate autoclave and related equipment, and ensure GLP/GMP/GDP compliance. Willingness to work in shifts and travel to plant locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Microbiology/Pharma with relevant laboratory exposure.
• Experience with GLP, GDP, GMP environments and QC-Micro workflows.
• Exposure to US-FDA approved companies preferred.
• Ability to deliver tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform MLT analysis for Raw Materials, Packaging, Water, In Process, Finished Product and Stability samples.
• Perform AET analysis for Finished Product and Stability samples.
• Conduct Environmental Monitoring in manufacturing and warehouse areas.
• Validate MLT methods for finished products.
• Operate Autoclave, water activity meters, BOD incubators, and Air Samplers.
• Ensure GLP/HS environment compliance and support supervisor tasks.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

• The candidate should be able to perform MLT analysis of Raw Material, Packaging material, Water samples, In Process, Finished Product Samples and Stability Samples.
• The candidate should be able to perform AET analysis of Finished Product Samples and Stability Samples.
• The candidate should have experience of Environmental Monitoring in manufacturing areas, Warehouse areas.
• The candidate should have experience to perform MLT method validation of Finish products.
• The candidate should have experience on operation of Horizontal Autoclave, water activity meter, BOD Incubators & Air Sampler.
• Responsible for adherence of GLP and Health, Safety Environment system in Laboratory.
• To perform the task assigned by the supervisor/HOD as and when required.
• Should have good written and communication skill.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

• Bachelor / Master Degree of Microbiology / Pharma.
• The candidate should have experience of the operation of Autoclave, water activity meter, BOD Incubators & Air Sampler etc.
• He should have exposure to QC-Micro working under GLP, GDP, GMP environment.
• The candidate having experience in US-FDA approved company is more preferable.
• Should have skill to achieve deliverable task with minimum support for analysis.

Additional Notes

• Role is expected to work in all shifts.
• If required, the candidate should be ready to travel to all plant locations on work priority as per company policy.
• Responsible to ensure compliance to GLP, Health, Safety and Environment requirement.
