Job summary

Panaceabiotec is seeking an experienced professional for the Oncology Formulation Plant in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. The role involves performing environmental monitoring across production, storage, and QC areas, ensuring GLP compliance, and calibrating instruments on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience in pharma environmental monitoring and will handle air sampling, sample observation, and trend preparation per the planned schedule.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in environmental monitoring in pharma/biotech settings.
• Experience with active/passive air sampling, surface monitoring and personnel monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring in production, store and quality control areas.
• Reconcile microbiological media used for environmental monitoring.
• Sample compressed air, nitrogen gas, potable water and water for injection as per schedule.
• Calibrate instruments as per schedule and maintain cGLP in QC laboratory.

Job Description

• 1.To perform environmental monitoring (active airsampling, passive air sampling, surface monitoring and personnel monitoring) inclassified area of production, store and quality control.
• 2.Reconciliation of microbiological media used forenvironmental monitoring.
• 3.Compressed air and nitrogen gas sampling andtesting.
• 4.Observation of environmental monitoring samples.
• 5.Preparation of Environmental Monitoring trends.
• 6.Sampling of raw water, potable water, purifiedwater for injection and pure steam as per schedule.
• 7.Calibration of instruments as per schedule.
• 8.To maintain cGLP in Quality Control Laboratory.
• 9.To excute any other work assigned by HOD/Section Manager.
