Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior QA/QMS professional for a manufacturing unit in pharma. The role requires handling CAPA, investigations, change controls, and risk management, with responsibility for SOP review and training of staff.

Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. The position is permanent/full-time with extensive regulatory and quality assurance duties. Candidates should have 8-9 years of related experience and be prepared to lead cross-functional quality

Qualifications

• Responsible for handling and review of Quality Management System including Change controls, Deviations, investigation and Corrective and Preventive Action.
• Preparation of CAPA, tracking of CAPA response and implementation and CAPA closure.
• Handling of product complaints and ensuring the investigations and closure.
• Tracking and Handling of Quality Risk Management.
• Review of Standard Operating Procedures and their compliance.
• To impart training to departmental personnel on own departmental SOPs and cross functional SOPs.
• Updation of Site Master File.
• Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Review for Management Review.

Responsibilities

• Handle and review Quality Management System processes (Change controls, Deviations, investigations).
• Prepare and track CAPA, ensure timely closure.
• Investigate product complaints and close investigations.
• Monitor Quality Risk Management activities.
• Review SOPs for compliance and effectiveness.
• Train staff on SOPs and cross-functional SOPs.
• Maintain Site Master File updates.
• Generate Monthly/Quarterly Management Reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
