Job summary

S Raheja Realty in Bandra, Mumbai, is seeking a full-time Civil Estimator with a background in real estate or construction estimation to handle detailed project estimates, BOQs, and cost sheets.

You will review drawings, obtain quotations, prepare tender documents, monitor costs, and provide inputs during planning and value engineering, coordinating with project teams to keep costs within budgets. Experience with SAP or ERP Info4Suite Velocity is a plus.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience in real estate or construction estimation.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP Info4Suite Velocity is desirable.
• Experience in reviewing drawings/specifications for Estimation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and cost sheets.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements for estimation.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from contractors and vendors.
• Prepare tender documents and comparative statements.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify variations.
• Coordinate with Project, Design, Purchase, Contracts, and Finance teams.
• Provide cost inputs during planning, design development, and value engineering.
• Support management in commercial negotiations and project cost decisions.
• Prepare MIS reports related to project estimates, budgets, and cost variations.
