Job summary

Dynamix Group in Mumbai invites applications for a QS Estimation/Manager with 5+ years’ experience in the real estate sector. You will extract quantities from drawings, prepare construction areas, and develop budget sheets for tender packages.

The ideal candidate holds a BE Civil, is based in Goregaon (East), and will coordinate with Tendering teams to review quantity, rate analyses, BOQs and tender documents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in real estate industry.
• BE Civil degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Taking out all types of quantities from drawings.
• Preparation of Construction Areas.
• Preparation of Finishing schedule for the project.
• Preparation of Base rate of Materials for the project.
• Preparation of Detailed sheet for Budgets.
• Preparation of all types of Budget sheet (Concept, Schematic & Detailed Design).
• Preparation of one liner BOQ's for various Tender packages & sharing with the Tendering Team.
• Reviewing & finalization of Quantity, Rate Analysis, BOQ and Tender documents.
• Preparation of Budget sheets (ADJ) for Financial institutions.
