Job summary

Hical Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bangalore is seeking a JUNIOR ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER to lead testing and qualification of electromechanical products in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

The role requires 10–12 years of experience in testing, automation of test stations using LabVIEW and TestStand, and expertise with motors, actuators, sensors and related drives. Strong documentation and report generation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechatronics/Electronics engineering.
• 10–12 years of testing and qualification experience in electromechanical products.
• Experience in developing automated test equipment and test benches.
• Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, PLC programming and data acquisition tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing, performance evaluation and qualification of broad variety of electromechanical products – Motors, actuators, solenoids, valves and sensors.
• Responsible for development of automated test stations using LabVIEW, Test Stand, PLC with NI and PLC hardware.
• Responsible for handling the Automated Test Equipment with LabVIEW, Test benches and checkout systems for testing of EM products.

Education & Experience Required

Knowledge & Skills
