Job summary

Hical Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Engineer / Asst Manager for Mechanical Design Expert role. You will lead design and development of electromechanical and pneumatic subsystems for aerospace and defence projects.

The position requires strong CAD/FEA CFD skills, material selection, GD&T and hands-on testing. You will mentor juniors and ensure on-time delivery within a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical degree or equivalent; BE Mechanical with relevant Aerospace focus preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in design and development of electromechanical products.
• Experience in aerospace, space or defence industries and AS 9100 processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of electromechanical and pneumatic components and subsystems for Aerospace, Space and special applications.
• Conceptualize, design and detail components and subsystems for mechanical, thermal and fluid dynamic performance.
• Carry out manufacturing, build and test for New Product Development.
• Design and build necessary test rigs and prepare documentation for assembly, test procedures and reports.
• Train and lead junior team members and assist development teams with technical issues as needed.

Education & Experience required:

Qualification: NTTF/ GTTC Tool and Die Makers/DME or BE Mechanical

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Design and development of electromechanical products
