Description

The Junior Engineer – Modern Work will assist in the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services for clients. Working closely with senior engineers, this role ensures customers are prepared for Microsoft Copilot integration and have efficient configurations for Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams Phone with SBC. The position is ideal for entry‑level engineers seeking hands‑on experience in Microsoft Modern Work environments and cloud‑based collaboration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration

Support Exchange Online tasks, including mailbox provisioning, transport rules, and hybrid configurations.

Help maintain and optimize SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and document libraries.

Participate in Microsoft Copilot readiness assessments, including licensing, data accessibility, and user enablement.

Provide Tier 1/2 support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange issues.

Document technical procedures, user guides, and configuration processes.

Technical Support & Learning

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation initiatives.

Stay updated with Microsoft 365 roadmap developments, feature releases, and best practices.

Experience & Skills
