Collaborate Solutions in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 Cloud Platform Engineer with 7 to 14 years of hands-on experience to design, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Design and support Azure IaaS infrastructure, including VMs, backup, DR, and availability.
• Lead Microsoft 365 migrations (Exchange Online, Hybrid, Tenant-to-Tenant).
• Configure and manage Entra ID (Azure AD), AD Connect, CA, and MFA.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Implement 365 security/compliance (Purview, DLP, eDiscovery, retention, Defender).
• Provide advanced L3 support for Microsoft 365/Azure issues and ensure high availability.
• Prepare migration plans and runbooks; collaborate with teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Cloud Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, administering, and optimizing enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365 platform administration, Azure infrastructure, identity management, cloud security, PowerShell automation, and large-scale migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration.
• Design, implement, and support Azure IaaS infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Backup, Disaster Recovery, and availability solutions.
• Lead Microsoft 365 migration projects, including Exchange Online, Hybrid, Tenant-to-Tenant, and Microsoft 365 modernization initiatives.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity management solutions.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate Microsoft 365 administration, provisioning, reporting, and operational tasks.
• Implement Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions, including Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, retention policies, and Microsoft Defender.
• Provide advanced L3 support, troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 and Azure issues, and ensure high platform availability and performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, migration plans, runbooks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable cloud solutions.
