Job summary

Groz Beckert Carding in Pune district, India, is seeking a production machine operator responsible for operating machines, troubleshooting technical and quality issues, supporting preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth production while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will monitor machine performance, support production planning and changeovers, and drive First-Time-Right production while adhering to SOPs, Kaizen activities, and shop-floor safety.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of industrial machines and mechanical systems.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
• Quality awareness and experience with measuring instruments.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of 5S and safe machine operation practices.

Responsibilities
