Job summary

Prime Node Consulting Services seeks a Production Engineer in Bengaluru to support quality assurance and daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will perform incoming, in-process and final inspections, maintain records, and assist in corrective actions. The role also involves supporting New Product Development, improving processes, and ensuring SOPs and safety guidelines are followed through rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• B.E./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 0–2 years of experience in Quality or Production Engineering.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality inspection techniques.
• Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Incoming Material Inspection to ensure materials meet quality standards.
• In-Process Inspection during production to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Final Inspection before product dispatch to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and production documentation.
• Investigate and assist in resolving customer complaints through CAPA.
• Support daily production activities to achieve targets.
• Participate in New Product Development (NPD) activities, including process validation and production readiness.
• Monitor production processes and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
