Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions in Chennai is seeking a Site Survey Executive to travel to allotted project sites, observe conditions, and report findings. You will measure site boundaries using Google Maps, verify access paths and mark them on maps, and assess soil conditions for the site report.

You will also identify any HT/LT transmission lines, note distances to nearby substations, and observe nearby industries, canals, rocks, wells, trees, or boundary stones to document in the report.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting field site surveys and reporting findings.
• Ability to measure site boundaries accurately.
• Proficiency with map apps to mark routes and boundaries.

• If any transmission line passing through the site (HT/LT)
  
• Distance between Site and nearest TNEB substation with SS Name & Address. With capacity (230/110/33/22/11)OR (110/33/22/11)OR 33/11 etc
  
• If any industries nearest area like Cement factory or Blue metal Quarry.
  
• Observe any PWD canal inside the site or any heavy rocks wells etc.
  
• Observe any big trees from the neighbor land boundary line.
  
• Observe if any boundary stone laid by the land owner etc.
