5–10 Years
Execute and supervise construction/installation activities at site. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project schedules. Identify and elevate site issues and execution challenges.
Supervise contractor activities and workforce at site. Ensure proper deployment of manpower, tools, and equipment. Monitor productivity and adherence to timelines. Conduct daily coordination meetings with contractors.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and inspection plans. Monitor quality of materials and workmanship. Support inspections, testing, and approvals. Maintain quality records and site documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and EHS standards. Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. Identify unsafe practices and implement corrective actions. Promote safety awareness across site teams.
Coordinate with planning, engineering, and procurement teams. Maintain daily progress reports and site records. Support preparation of weekly/monthly reports. Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
Maintain site documentation including drawings, checklists, and reports. Ensure proper record-keeping for audits and compliance. Track material usage and site activities.
