Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing & Analytics Executive to join Sigosoft Private Limited.

The ideal candidate should be interested in digital marketing, analytics, content creation, and client communication. This role involves monitoring website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), managing social media activities, creating SEO-focused blogs, and supporting various marketing and business growth activities based on analytics insights.

This is a growth-oriented role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to international IT business marketing, AI-driven workflows, and modern digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Google Analytics & Website Monitoring

• Monitor GA4 reports and website traffic performance
• Track user behavior, conversion funnels, bounce rates, and traffic sources
• Identify issues and opportunities from analytics reports
• Prepare simple weekly/monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with the technical team for analytics-related improvements

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage company social media accounts
• Create and schedule engaging posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Monitor social media engagement and audience growth
• Support branding and online visibility initiatives

Content & Blog Management

• Create SEO-friendly blog content for the website
• Research trending IT and technology topics
• Update website content when required
• Work with AI tools for content research and optimization

Client Communication

• Communicate with clients professionally through email and messaging
• Follow up with leads and ongoing discussions
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely responses
• Maintain proper communication records

Additional Responsibilities

• Support lead generation and digital campaigns
• Assist in improving website conversion performance
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Support marketing automation and AI-assisted workflows
• Perform other business growth tasks assigned by management

Required Skills
