KPI-TECH SERVICES is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern/Executive to drive organic growth and B2B lead generation through data-driven strategies in SEO, content marketing, and digital analytics. The position offers a 3-month internship with performance-based full-time conversion and a competitive CTC of ₹3–4 LPA.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, keyword research).
• Basic proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience in LinkedIn B2B marketing and content creation.
• Strong written communication and content writing skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Canva for visual content creation.
• Ahrefs or SEMrush experience (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Preferred: B2B or Healthcare IT marketing, technical SEO, long-form content writing, AI-powered SEO tools, and email marketing conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO optimizations
• Develop high-quality blogs, LinkedIn posts, and email marketing content
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Perform competitor research to identify growth and optimization opportunities
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to streamline content creation and research workflows
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate and refine marketing content
• Review, fact-check, and humanize AI-generated content for accuracy and brand alignment
