Moto40 Powersports Llp is seeking a Junior Customer Experience Executive to act as the main contact between customers and the workshop after inspection. You will ensure customers understand required work, obtain approvals quickly, and provide timely updates until completion.
The role emphasizes clear communication, proactive follow-up, and accurate record-keeping, with freshers also encouraged if they have strong communication and motorcycle knowledge.
We are looking for a Junior Customer Experience Executive who enjoys interacting with people and has a genuine interest in motorcycles.
Once a motorcycle has been inspected, you will become one of the main points of contact between the customer and the workshop. Your job is to make sure customers understand what their motorcycle needs, approvals are obtained quickly, and customers receive clear and timely updates until the job is completed.
You do not need to be a mechanic. You do need to be curious, organised, comfortable speaking with customers and willing to learn how motorcycles and workshop operations work.
Freshers with strong communication skills and good motorcycle knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Experience in a motorcycle workshop, automotive dealership or service centre is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance, service schedules, parts or mechanical systems is useful but not mandatory.
Personal experience riding, maintaining or working on motorcycles is also a plus.
You should be someone who communicates clearly, follows up consistently and takes ownership.
If a customer approval is pending, you follow up. If a job is delayed, you make sure the customer knows. If you do not understand what a technician is explaining, you ask until you can communicate it clearly to the customer.
Most importantly, you understand that good workshop service is not only about repairing the motorcycle — it is also about keeping the customer informed and earning their trust.
You’ll work around interesting motorcycles across multiple brands, learn directly from experienced technicians and develop practical knowledge of motorcycle service and repair.
As Moto40 grows, there will be opportunities to develop into larger roles across customer experience, service advisory and workshop operations.Role & responsibilities.
