Job summary

Yashaamm Fashions Pvt Ltd, a Mumbai-based women’s ethnic wear company, seeks a Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive to shape and execute the live brands’ creative strategy. You will work on static posts, ad creatives, website banners, and B2B collateral while also managing social media execution and influencer coordination.

You will report to the founder and collaborate daily with the content and influencer lead to maintain brand look, fonts and colours across channels, including

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in graphic design or social media, preferably fashion or D2C.
• Strong Canva skills; Photoshop or Figma proficiency; good typography and layout.
• Experience editing reels (CapCut or Premiere Pro).
• Familiar with AI image/video tools; good judgment on quality.
• Good written English; Hindi or Marathi a plus.
• Organized and able to manage multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Design static posts, carousels, stories, reel covers and launch creatives for Instagram and Facebook.
• Create Meta ad creatives in multiple sizes and variants.
• Design website banners, landing pages and collection banners for website & marketplaces.
• Prepare B2B collateral: catalogs, brochures and line sheets for wholesale buyers.
• Edit reels and short product videos; add cuts, captions, music, basic motion.
• Create content strategy and monthly calendar; schedule posts and respond to comments/DMs; provide monthly performance summary.
• Track influencer/UGC deliverables; review and repurpose creator content.
• Assist on set during shoots: coordination, styling support, behind-the-scenes capture.
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms per guidelines.
• Lead creative direction of the brand across all channels.
• AI image creation for ecommerce product listings per brand guidelines.

ABOUT US

Yashaamm Fashions is a Mumbai-based women’s ethnic wear company. Our brands, Sarha, and private lables, sell on Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon and our own website, and through B2B wholesale. You will work on live brands with real sales, not a content portfolio exercise.

THE ROLE

One person who designs the creatives and posts them. About 60% design, 40% social media execution. You report to the founder and work daily with the content and influencer lead.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design: Static posts, carousels, stories, reel covers and launch creatives for Instagram and Facebook.
• Ad creatives: Meta ad creatives (multiple sizes and variants).
• Website and marketplace: Website banners, landing page creatives and collection banners.
• B2B collateral: Catalogues, brochures and line sheets for wholesale buyers.
• Video editing: Edit reels and short product videos (cuts, captions, music, basic motion) from footage shot in-house.
• Social media strategy and execution: Create content strategy and planning. Schedule and publish posts to the monthly content calendar across brands; reply to comments and DMs; share a monthly performance summary.
• Influencer and UGC support: Track deliverables, timelines and product dispatch; review and repurpose creator content.
• Shoot support: Assist on set (coordination, styling support, behind-the-scenes capture).
• Brand consistency: Keep every brand’s look, fonts and colours consistent across platforms using brand guidelines.
• Lead creative Direction of the entire brand across all the channels
• AI image creation for ecommerce product listing as per the brand guidelines.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1 to 3 years in graphic design or social media, ideally fashion, D2C or lifestyle
• Strong in Canva and one of Photoshop or Figma; clear eye for layout, typography and colour
• Working Reels editing skill (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Comfortable using AI image and video tools to speed up work, with your own judgment on quality
• Good written English; Hindi or Marathi is a plus
• Organised, deadline-driven, handles multiple brands without mixing them up

Nice to have: Illustrator, basic motion graphics, influencer or UGC coordination experience.
