Job summary

Semolina Kitchens Limited is hiring experienced bartenders to join its Food & Beverage team at Mumbai International Airport, T2. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bar operations, beverage preparation, guest service, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.

Eligibility includes Hotel Management Graduate or Bartending Diploma, 2–6 years of experience in relevant venues, knowledge of beverages, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Hotel Management Graduate/ Bartending Diploma preferred.
• 2–6 years of experience as a Bartender in hotels, restaurants, lounges, airports or hospitality establishments.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
