This entry-level role offers hands-on training, 0–2 years experience sought, 9-hour shifts, and weekend work. It includes an induction and on-the-job coaching to help you grow in hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of experience; freshers from hospitality/culinary institutes welcome.
• Basic knowledge of coffee or beverages is a plus; full training provided.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Willing to work 9-hour shifts, including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and serve food and beverages per Bewild's recipes and standards.
• Take guest orders and operate the POS system, handling payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, equipment, and seating area.
• Assist with stocking, restocking, and basic inventory checks.
• Learn and follow standard recipes, portioning, and presentation.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Support the merchandise zone as needed with product queries.

• Salary:₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on experience.
• Gratuity as per applicable statutory provisions.
• One complimentary beverage per shift.
• Note:Meals and accommodation are not provided.
• On-the-job training and a structured four-dayinduction during the first week, covering Bewild and Beforest's culture,systems, operational processes, and product knowledge.

Work Schedule

This is an on-ground, guest-facing role at acafé that operates through the week, including weekends.

• Overtime(OT) is paid extra if required, and only when approved byManagement.
• Oneweekly off, on a weekday (not Saturday or Sunday, since these are peak cafédays).
• Workingon a government/public holiday earns one additional day off (comp-off) plusovertime pay for that day.

Role Overview

The Junior Barista is anentry-level role for someone starting out in café service - learning to preparefood & beverages to Bewild's standards, deliver friendly guest service, andkeep the café running smoothly, under the guidance of the Senior Baristas andManager.

KeyResponsibilities

• Prepareand serve food and beverages as per Bewild's recipes and standards, undersupervision.
• Takeguest orders and operate the POS system, handling payments accurately.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience; freshers straight out ofhospitality/culinary college are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of coffee or beverage preparation is aplus, but not mandatory - full training is provided.
