Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO seeks a back-office professional in Mumbai to handle service order processing for global units in SAP CRM. You will work on billing reduction, accrual reduction, and cycle time improvement in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has a graduate or postgraduate degree with top grades, up to 5 years of back-office experience, and good business communication skills. MS Office proficiency and strong interpersonal abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with first class grade is required.
• Maximum 5 years of back-office experience.
• SAP CRM knowledge is preferable and a shared service background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Service order processing for global units in SAP CRM.
• Block for billing reduction to optimize processes.
• Accrual reduction to improve financial accuracy.
