Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional in Mumbai to validate vendor invoices in VIM and manage exceptions ensuring 3-way match criteria.

You will liaise with MT units to resolve discrepancies, handle freight invoices in non-SAP systems, and maintain timely communication with vendors while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks. A Graduate in Commerce will thrive in a globally connected team with cross-functional opportunities and telemedicine benefits.

• Graduate in Commerce required.

Responsibilities

• Validating Vendor Invoices in VIM (SAP OpenText).
• Managing invoice exceptions (ones that did not fulfil the 3 way match and VIM criteria) for PO and Non-PO invoices in VIM (Key Responsibility).
• Handling urgent requests from the respective MT units.
• Freight invoice booking in non-SAP systems.
• Communication with vendor through email to resolve discrepancies.
• Meeting productivity and quality benchmarks defined from time to time.
