Interloop Consulting I India & UAE is hiring a Junior Associate Consultant - CRM to join our implementation team and put Zoho CRM and Zoho One to work for client organizations.

You will focus on requirement gathering, configuration, automation, UAT, training, and documentation, turning messy processes into clean, automated workflows that clients can run independently. Open to travel across India and internationally.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years in CRM implementation, business operations, or a client-facing role.
• Willingness to travel across India and internationally for client engagements.
• Familiarity with Zoho or other CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong communication in English, both written and spoken.

About the role

A CRM is only as good as the sales process behind it. As a Junior Associate Consultant - CRM, you'll work with our implementation team to put Zoho CRM and Zoho One to work for client organizations - understanding how their sales teams operate, converting that into modules, pipelines, and automation, testing it until it holds, and documenting it so the client can run it without us. Requirement gathering, configuration, automation, UAT, training. You'll touch every stage of the implementation, and understand the business problem behind each one.

What you'll do

CRM Implementation & Consulting

• Implement Zoho CRM and Zoho One solutions for client organizations
• Configure modules, fields, layouts, profiles, roles, permissions, and views
• Help design sales processes, pipelines, and business workflows
• Support data migration — cleaning, mapping, and validating client data before go-live

Requirement Gathering & Process Understanding

• Sit in client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions
• Map how the client's business runs today and identify where automation earns its place
• Convert business requirements into CRM configurations - and document process flows, requirement documents, and implementation notes
• Communicate requirements and solutions clearly to clients and internal teams

Automation & Integrations

• Configure Workflow Rules, Blueprint, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Assignment Rules
• Set up email notifications, templates, and webhooks
• Support integrations between Zoho CRM, other Zoho applications, and third-party platforms

Testing & UAT

• Run functional testing on every configuration before it reaches the client
• Support clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot issues until the build meets approved requirements

Client Support & Documentation

• Provide product and configuration support to clients, and coordinate internally to resolve their concerns
• Write user guides, training documents, and SOPs the client keeps using after we leave
• Maintain requirement trackers and issue logs; document every configuration and customization for the next consultant

Who we’re looking for

Experience

• 0–2 years in CRM implementation, business operations, or a client-facing role - freshers with a genuine interest in CRM, process automation, and Zoho are welcome
• Open to travel across India and internationally for client engagements when required

Education

• Management track: MBA / PGDM - Sales & Marketing, Operations, HR, or a related specialization
• Tech track: BCA / MCA
• Final-year students eligible for campus placement can apply

Skills

• CRM platforms - Zoho CRM is good to have; hands-on experience with any other CRM tool counts equally
• CRM fundamentals - understands sales processes, and how modules, fields, layouts, workflows, reports, and dashboards structure them
• Business automation - understands how manual, repetitive work becomes rule-based workflows, approvals, and triggers, and where automation adds value
• AI & MCP tools - comfortable using AI assistants and MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools in day-to-day work: research, documentation, configuration, and testing
• Analytical thinking - breaks a business requirement into data structures and process steps; solves problems rather than escalating them
• Data comfort - strong Excel / Google Sheets; handles, cleans, and validates data with care
• Technical curiosity - Deluge scripting and a working grasp of APIs, webhooks, and integrations are an advantage
• Communication - clear verbal and written English; professional with clients on calls and over email; documents well

• End-to-end CRM implementation experience - requirement gathering to UAT to go-live
• Hands-on mastery of Zoho CRM and exposure across the Zoho ecosystem - CRM, HR, projects, and analytics

• Direct client exposure across industries and an India and UAE client base
