in Mumbai is seeking a technically strong Zoho Developer / Zoho Technical Specialist to own and manage the complete Zoho ecosystem, including development, customization, automation, integrations, reporting, and ongoing enhancements. You will lead end-to-end Zoho projects across CRM, Creator, Books, People, Desk, Analytics, Campaigns, Sign, Forms, Projects, WorkDrive and the One Platform, building scalable workflows and secure, auditable processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering or related field with Zoho certifications as an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Creator and Deluge scripting is required.
• Proficiency in REST APIs and Webhooks for integrations and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications across the Zoho ecosystem.

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong Zoho Developer / Zoho Technical Specialist to own and manage the complete Zoho ecosystem. The role involves development, implementation, customization, automation, integrations, maintenance, security, reporting, and continuous improvement of Zoho applications to support business operations.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling the entire Zoho environment—from initial setup and customization to advanced workflow automation, API integrations, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing system enhancements.

Technical Skills Required

Mandatory

• Strong experience with the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation.
• Experience in system integrations.
• Database knowledge (SQL preferred).
• Experience in custom application development.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS applications.
• Understanding of business process automation.
• Exposure to finance, banking, NBFC, fintech, or similar industry workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-powered automation and chatbot integrations.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.
