Job summary

Adarsh Group is seeking a skilled Architect to design and manage high-rise residential projects, from concept through detailed design, ensuring quality and timely delivery. The candidate will work with Senior Architect, coordinate with structural, MEP, interior and landscape teams, and adapt layouts to client needs.

Responsibilities include site visits, area calculations, bylaw adherence, and clear communication in English and Kannada. Bengaluru-based role with on-site work expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in architecture.
• 3+ years in architectural design on large-scale residential projects (Junior Architect).
• 6+ years in architectural design on large-scale residential projects (Architect).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Kannada.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Architect to prepare architectural drawings for on-site execution.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, interior and landscape consultants.
• Assess customer requests, feasibility, and modify standard layouts accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with byelaws and prepare area calculation statements as needed by the Senior Architect.
• Visit sites to check compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Should work closely with the Senior Architect to prepare Architectural Drawings for execution at site.
• Must be able to understand and coordinate Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape consultants Drawings.
• Must be able to understand customer request. check feasibility study and modify the standard layouts accordingly.
• Knowledge of byelaws
• Preparing Area Calculation statements as required by the Senior Architect
• Visiting Sites to check the Compliance.

Experience

• Junior Architect: 3+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects
