Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• 2–7 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for upcoming architectural projects.
• Prepare presentation drawings and conceptual layouts based on project briefs and client requirements.
• Draft and compile documents and drawings required for submissions to statutory authorities and government agencies.
• Develop Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and detailed layouts under guidance of senior architects.
• Support Marketing by preparing architectural visuals and drawings for brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure construction aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings and ensure proper documentation of all project-related design changes.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and related project documentation.
