Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning and execution for large residential township, Commercial projects, and apartment projects.
• Manage end-to-end design coordination with consultants, structural teams, MEP teams, and project stakeholders.
• Review architectural drawings, layouts, elevation concepts, and execution details.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, approvals, and local building norms.
• Drive design optimization, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery.
• Coordinate across multiple projects and travel between sites as required.
• Mentor internal architectural teams and ensure quality standards across projects.
• Work closely with management on strategic planning and project execution decisions.
