Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit and other relevant design software.
• Ability to create detailed working drawings and design documentation.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and conceptual design skills.
• Good understanding of furniture systems, finishes, lighting, and workplace design standards.
• Experience in handling client interactions and presentations independently.
• Strong coordination skills with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional design concepts in line with client requirements, project objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Prepare space planning layouts, concept presentations, mood boards, and design proposals.
• Create detailed drawings including layout plans, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Prepare 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials for client approvals.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and measurements to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories as per project requirements.
• Work closely with project management, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth implementation of approved designs.
• Review shop drawings and vendor submissions for compliance with design intent.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Participate in design review meetings and client presentations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing records, and design revisions.
