Job summary

Mantras2success Consultants in Bengaluru invites a creative Junior Architect to join our architectural team. You will assist in designing, planning, and executing residential villas, farmhouses, and other developments from concept through execution.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience (freshers with relevant internship may apply), a B.Arch or M.Arch, and strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in an architectural firm (Freshers with internship may apply).
• Strong understanding of architectural planning, detailing, and residential design.
• Experience in preparing GFCs, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
• Develop GFCs, working drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams for seamless execution.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination through the lifecycle.
• Prepare design details, material specs, and BOQs as required.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and project specs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to meet objectives.
• Maintain project documentation and timely delivery of deliverables.

Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Architect / Junior Architect to join our growing architectural team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, planning, and executing residential architectural projects, ensuring high-quality design, technical accuracy, and timely project delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on premium villas, farmhouses, and residential developments from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.

1-2 years of experience in an architectural firm (Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply).

Strong understanding of architectural planning, detailing, and residential design.

Experience in preparing GFCs, working drawings, and construction documentation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit (preferred), Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and AI-based design tools.

Good knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and design standards.

Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Experience in designing or executing residential villas and farmhouses will be an added advantage.
