Job summary

SmartStream in Mumbai is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage data exceptions within the SmartStream Solution. You will raise data exceptions and drive investigations to completion, coordinating across teams to prioritise work and meet SLAs.

You will keep brokers and banks informed of progress, collaborate to improve workflows, and apply strong Excel skills, with a solid understanding of derivatives and the trade lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any faculty related to Banking and Financial Services
• Sound knowledge of Investment Banking products predominantly Derivatives
• Sound knowledge of the Trade Lifecycle
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Analytic problem solving skills
• Good numeracy skills
