Job summary

SmartStream is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Mumbai to support investment banking operations. The role requires working with derivatives, understanding the trade lifecycle, and maintaining data accuracy.

You will leverage strong Excel skills to analyze data, ensure SLA compliance, and manage data exceptions efficiently. You will coordinate with brokers and banks to resolve issues, prioritise tasks, and keep clients informed of progress while adhering to process controls and

Qualifications

• Experience with investment banking products, especially derivatives.
• Sound knowledge of the trade lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain static data and rates according to process and procedure.
• Meet Service Level Agreement targets.
• Work on SmartStream’s Transactions, Fees Cost and Invoice Management ensuring SLAs are met.
• Use the SmartStream solution to match client data and highlight exceptions.
• Raise data exceptions and manage the investigation process to completion.
• Prioritise work to ensure all SLA’s are adhered to.
• Keep the client informed of progress and liaise with brokers & banks to close issues.
