Job summary

SmartStream in India seeks an Operations Associate to maintain static data and rates, and ensure SLA targets are met. You will work on SmartStream's Transactions, Fees Cost and Invoice Management solution to match client data and highlight exceptions.

You will raise data exceptions, manage investigations to completion, prioritize work to meet SLA commitments, and keep clients informed while liaising with brokers and banks to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Investment Banking products predominantly Derivatives.
• Sound knowledge of the Trade Lifecycle.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Analytic problem solving skills.
• Good numeracy skills.
