Job Description

• We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Jr. Vendor Management Executive to support vendor coordination and partnership management activities.
• The candidate will be responsible for maintaining healthy relationships with vendors, tracking submissions, coordinating requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of profiles as per client expectations.
• This role requires strong communication skills, coordination abilities and basic understanding of staffing/recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with recruitment vendors and staffing partners on daily requirements.
• Share job requirements with vendors and ensure timely profile submissions.
• Follow up with vendors regarding interviews, feedback, and onboarding updates.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring standards and documentation process.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with external vendors.
• Track submission reports, closures, and pipeline status.
• Work closely with internal recruitment and account management teams.
• Negotiate basic commercial terms and maintain vendor agreements if required.
• Ensure proper communication and escalation management with vendors.
