Job summary

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of technical support experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, and VoIP.
• Linux, Networking or VoIP certifications will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via calls, emails, and support tickets.
• Assist in troubleshooting Linux, VoIP, Dialer, and network-related issues.
• Support the configuration of IP Phones, PBX systems, and telecom services.
• Monitor servers, backups, and system health.
• Assist with software installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Create and update technical documentation and support records.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow company SOPs and support processes.

• Familiarity with Asterisk or VICIdial is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer support skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
